Shipping policy

At SCENTMERE, every order is prepared and packed with care. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Time

We aim to process and ship orders within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

During sales, launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated by email.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

SCENTMERE is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We will do our best to help you locate your package. However, SCENTMERE is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

Your full name

Order number

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
