Returns & Refunds

At SCENTMERE, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the candle must be:

Unused and unburned

In its original condition

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

For safety and quality reasons, candles that have been lit, burned, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, email us at:

Please include:

Your full name

Order number

The item you would like to return

The reason for the return

Photos of the item, when applicable

Please do not send your order back until your return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. SCENTMERE is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SCENTMERECOMPANY@GMAIL.COM.

Include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the shipping box and packaging

A brief description of the issue

Please keep the item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome of your request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return was caused by an error made by SCENTMERE.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

Because we aim to process and ship orders within 72 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered processing.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or burned candles

Items returned after the 14-day window

Items without their original packaging

Items damaged after delivery

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Final-sale or clearance items, when marked as final sale

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

You may request a return for an eligible item and place a new order for the product you prefer.

Missing or Stolen Packages

SCENTMERE is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located.

Please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and the area surrounding the delivery location before contacting us.

We will do our best to assist, but replacements and refunds are not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered.
